Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the
MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Dental

A dental visit means being examined by your dentist, who diagnoses and treats conditions that can range from routine to extremely complex. Members of the dental team may include a dentist, dental assistants, lab technicians, and dental hygienists.

Personnel transferring to Diego Garcia should attend to any medical or dental problems which require surgical treatment prior to departing their last duty station. If you have an ongoing medical or dental condition, you must obtain special clearance through the Overseas Screening Process before you transfer.
