Our facility offers the following mental health and substance abuse services:
- Outpatient Mental Health for individual psychotherapy and psychiatric services
- Group Therapy:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Coping Skills Group
- Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills Group
- Occupational/Life Skills Groups
- Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Program (SARP) provides a continuum of care with a wide range of services including community outreach, screening, early intervention, outpatient, and intensive outpatient treatment - ASAM Levels 0.5 to 2.0.
Sailors assigned to Yokosuka-based ships are cared for by dedicated embedded mental health teams available to them coordinated directly through their ship medical departments.
